Four runners or Oakland Park tomorrow at Ascot

Sandalwood kicks off the day in the GH Mumm Champagne Handicap over 1800 metres. The 4YO son of resident stallion Rogano won at Ascot last start over the 1600 metres coming from 11th on the turn to snatch victory.

Cappo D’Oro will be out to go one better when he competes in the Magic Millions Handicap over 2150 metres. The son of Medaglia D’Oro from Deep Time, making his a half – brother to Sydney Cup No Wine No Song.

Our third runner for the day is another Rogano, Vexilloid, already a winner at 3 starts, we are hoping she improves on her last start effort where she finished down the track.

North Ridge returns to racing in the $100,000 Listed Scenic Blast Stakes over 1200 metres. He has been terrific horse for connections having won 7 races from 33 starts with prize money of $374,650 and $60,000 of Westspeed bonuses.
