A double for Sessions at Pinjarra

A good day for Oakland Park’s resident stallion Sessions yesterday at Pinjarra with two winners both trained by Adam Durrant.

Three year old Tales of Manhattan notched up his first victory at his second career start for Adam Durrant and partners and became the 48th winner for Sessions. He was sent out and odds-on favourite in a maiden over 1000 metres and ran home a slick 33.75 for the last 600 metres.

Sessions 4YO gelding Garage Days was impressive winning a class three event over 1400 metres. He has come from 8th on the turn in 10 horse field to snatch victory on the line.  This takes his record to 17 starts for 3 wins, 6 seconds and 5 thirds. As his record shows, he has been a very competitive galloper for the partners that race him with us.

It was exciting to see the beautifully bred 3YO gelding Galactic Storm win his second race from only three starts. By champion stallion Street Boss out of the quality stakes winning mare Stormy Nova (Metal Storm), we are genuinely keen to see him progress his racing career.
