Belmont tomorrow

Oakland Park’s resident stallion Sessions will be represented by three runners tomorrow at Belmont.

First up in race one, the Westspeed Platinum maiden over 1000 metres is the Lou Luciani trained 3YO Goodbyefeds. He has been consistent in his two previous campaigns running six places from 10 starts.

Race 2, the 3YO handicap 62+ over 100 metres will see the promising filly Boomtastic go around. It is a good field, but she will be given every chance from barrier 3 with Willy Pike on board for trainer Simon Miller.

The final runner for Sessions on the day will be Oakland Park’s talent Massimo. He runs in race eight, a benchmark 78+ handicap that has some depth. He has been very consistent this campaign without winning. His overall record stands at 13 starts for four wins and six seconds. We are hopeful he will pick up win number five tomorrow.

Oakland Park will also be represented tomorrow by the progressive 4YO gelding Not To Be Mist, who is chasing his first win this campaign following two second places. Trainer Adam Durrant will step him up 1600 metres for the first time when he runs in the race seven, a benchmark 78+ event.

Good luck to our partners and connections of the Sessions’ runners.
