Bustling Bustles his way to Karrakatta Favourtism

Oakland Park 2YO Bustling (Frosted-Busimiss) has firmed into the Karrakatta Plate outright favourite following a dominate win in Listed Perth Stakes at Ascot yesterday.

Sent out a short priced favourite, the Dan Morton trained gelding jumped from barrier 7, and jockey Chris Parnham was keen to put his mount in a prominent position, driving forward to sit outside the leader Beyond The Wall.

200 hundred meters from home, Parnham stoked up Bustling and he duly responded, extending away to an impressive 1.5 length victory.

Following the race, Morton indicated visiting jockey Blake Shin would ride Bustling in the Group 2 Karrakatta in 2 weeks.

Congratulations to Dan and team at Morton Racing, to Chris, who had a fabulous day and to our dear friend and long time co-owner Neil MacDonald who was at Ascot to enjoy this win by Bustling.
