Bustling starts career with a win

Oakland Park 2YO Bustling has started his career in dominate fashion, taking out the Amelia Park Plate over 1200m at Ascot on Saturday.

At his first career start and coming off an impressive trial, the Dan Morton trained son of Frosted was put into a prominent position by jockey Brad Parnham, who settled him just behind leader. Coming into the straight, Parnham made his move and Bustling proved far too strong, winning by 2.2 lengths.

Following the race trainer Dan Morton said they had a very big opinion of the horse, and wanted to space his trials and race debut to give the horse at shot at the Group 2 Karrakatta Plate and Sires Produce.
