Oakland Park’s Massimo and Not To Be Mist sold
Today, Oakland Park’s dual stakes winner Massimo and multiple metropolitan winner Not To Be Mist have sold at auction.
Massimo, the 4YO gelding by Oakland Park’s resident stallion Sessions, has been a fantastic horse for Oakland Park and connections. A winner of eight of 24 starts, including the Listed Farnley Stakes (1400m) and Listed Placid Ark Stakes (1200m), notching up $736,380 in prize money and bonuses.
Massimo’s deeds highlight the great value Sessions provides to Western Australian breeders. Sessions has had 48 to race for 37 individual winners (77%) and over $3 million in prize money.
Not To Be Mist, a 4YO gelding by Danehill Express, has been a genuine metropolitan class galloper, having won five of 25 starts and earned $289,440 in prize money and bonuses.
