Sessions Continues to Dominate

Another wonderful weekend for Sessions with no less than three winners from Belmont to Kalgoorlie plus a very exciting second from Timely Outburst for trainer Steven Miller at Belmont.

Importantly at Belmont on Saturday there were wins by Come’s A Time with a finely judged ride by Paul Harvey (trainer Justin Warwick) and Ohbeeh which won well for trainer Jim Taylor.  Then on Sunday, One For The Road showed great potential with a strong come-from-behind win in Kalgoorlie over 1400mts.

From Sessions first crop the ratio of winners to runners stands at an amazing 90%!  This is a feat rarely seen by a stallion.

Also for Oakland Park Stud and Pearce Racing  on Saturday,  in a genuinely run race on a soft track we watched an incredibly thrilling finish by Probity (Demerit-O’Katie) resulting in an fast finishing nailbiting second placing – by 3/100ths of a second –  which promises exciting times ahead for our new co-owners the Brown brothers who together with dad, Norm were at Belmont on Saturday.

The winner, Ain’t No Other Man (winning his third metro race) and Probity left the rest of the field in their wake a long way behind – over 9 lengths behind them at the finish.
