Tiffany Street Wins on Debut

Oakland Park 2YO Tiffany Street made an auspicious start to her racing career, racing away to a dominate victory in the Amelia Park Lodge Plate at Ascot on Anzac Day.

By Street Boss out of stakes placed Oakland Park mare Necklet, Tiffany Street was having her first start on the back of a good trial win, but bad manners delayed her start to the race track.

Speaking after the race, trainer Danny Morton praised stable staff for helping correct the fillies barrier issues while he was away.

Jockey Chris Parnham was made to work to get across into the one-one, with favourite Demolish and Diamond Rocks pouring on the pace early, but once she found her position outside the leader, Tiffany Rocks travelled sweetly for Parnham drawing away to an impressive 2 length victory.

Morton said after the race there is no set agenda for the filly, but just get the ball rolling and see where it lands.

Her form suggests she will be hard to beat where ever she lands next, congratulations to our connections.
